• I enjoyed the Sunday sweat with Lisa and Yin with Suzi! I felt welcomed and got good corrections be more aligned and safe in my transitions. I like the music, the fireplace, the cl9thes! Just awesome and fun, yoga lab rocks! I enjoy the expermental part, the talks, the focus, the place has a very fresh vibe, the lactation is great.

• I attended the Prenatal Workshop hosted by Ashley, and it was a really wonderful, transparent, honest, and educational experience (as per usual with Yoga Lab!) It was also my first time attending the new location of Yoga Lab as I live right near the Mercato location so attend classes there, and the new location is very cool. Would love for you guys to incorporate prenatal elements into a regular class!
