Lab has that extra personal touch especially when it comes to accommodating requests and supporting their yogi get the best experience.
The studio was big and airy, mats were spaced out with lots of space between each mat, studio and props were very clean and sanitised immediately after class, and the class itself was amazing (as always with Yoga Lab). Betty is clear and friendly yet always delivers the burn
Teacher's cue was on point. The studio and mats were sanitised before and after class. Great vibe!
Great class, not too fast and really felt I could deepen my practice. I had ran a half marathon the day before, so a good stretch was what I needed! Thank you Benny. Namaste.
