The Inversion Workshop with Taylor and Dan was very insightful and fun! They aim to give us some tools so that we can work on the inversions in our practice and I think they've done well on achieving that goal. I totally get what I should work on and how to enter the inversions pincha and handstand safely and confidently. Highly recommended!
