Angela's Daoist Flow class is masterclass every time in how to deliver a beautiful serene held space for all students which although only 45mins always feels much longer, as so much yoga knowledge, new flows and perfect sound scapes are all imparted with effortless skill by Angela.. I left feeling so uplifted with fresh knowledge and wisdom too...amazing!!!
