The class was great and the whole experience was wonderful. A great welcome when I arrived by the lady on reception and then the teacher when I came into the studio. I loved the silence and the mini massages and gentle adjustments. Non alcoholic mulled wine whilst sat on the mat in silence. A perfect way to break up my Friday. Thank you yoga Kula x
