Thoroughly enjoyed my first pre-natal yoga session. I felt very warmly welcomed by staff, the studio itself was the perfect environment for meditation and practice, and the provided props were in great condition and useful. The session was ace - calm, clear and a perfect balance of mindfulness and exercise. Will be returning regularly! :)

Because I am in a lot of pain today. Dan’s class was really enjoyable and dynamic and I seem to have worked some muscles I didn’t know I had! Loved the power flow class, and Dan is a great instructor.
