Tiia’s class was just the right level after a Christmas break, it felt great to be moving again. There was a focus on twists to cleanse the body after the festive period.

All the classes I attend at Yoga Kula are fantastic and this was no exception. The studio is a perfect venue to practice and all the staff / teachers are brilliant - very experienced, encouraging and welcoming. This is one of my 'happy places' and I would recommend it to anyone.

Because I never feel as safe, happy or at peace as I do on the mat. I've had some terrifically traumatic times this last 10 years and I've made a choice to 'fix' myself. To love myself. The journey would not be the same without Yoga Kula. Thank you x
