The studio itself is a really nice space to be in that really helps my practice. I generally attend Ella’s classes which combine complexity and progression with the relaxation, openness and spirituality that is what makes attending a yoga class so different and special from other classes. I also feel like I am learning more about yoga as a practice and way of living instead of as an ‘exercise class’.
