It was a wonderful experience. I felt welcomed into the studio, into the space. I felt looked after. And the session itself was unlike any yoga class I have been to before in a really positive way. It was a beautiful expression of movement, yoga, and sound vibrations. By the end of the class I had really let a lot go, I had sweat it all out :)
