I am loyal to yoga kula and wouldn't go anywhere else! The classes are varied and the timetable suits all. The studio is peaceful and the classes aren't huge sizes so you get a tailored experience.

As always the ashtanga class today led by Tiia was fabulous. I’m not up to full speed at the moment, Tiia was great at explaining modifications and checking in on me throughout the class :)
