The instructor was AMAZING, PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, very "GIVING" of her time in class spending some 1-on-1 moments with me on specific poses that due to recent injury, I was having trouble with ... I left with a sense of elation and peace in my heart, in addition to feeling an elongation and strenthening in not only my body, but my Mind and Spirit. I am already "hooked" and would recommend The Yoga Hive to ANYONE!
