It was my first time doing yoga and I loved it, Shelle was great!

The condo has a couple offers and looks like it would close the last week of the month. I'll make a trip back around the 22nd and finish cleaning it out. I'll drive up to Lincoln and fly home out of Sacramento. Emily is going to fly out with a friend and drive the Yukon back. Think about future plans for mom and dad. Dad's in denial about his accident and is looking for away to appeal the DMV's decision, I basically told him he is on his own. I'm not encouraging he try and fight it. He really shouldn't be driving. He said he got the Camaro registered for this year. I'm thinking he won't drive, but it would be good if you explain the possible ramifications if he does, and tell him he can't drive no matter what. Any headway on Mom dealing with her leg swelling?

Gentle yoga was just what I need right now. The space (WF) feels great, and the instructor (Shelle) was terrific. She made a point to offer modifications that could accommodate my healing ankle (broke 10 weeks ago).
