gentle flow in columbia falls. the instructor kelsey was knowledgeable and clear, good sequence, the class matched the description on the website, very welcoming and friendly. the only reason it wasn't a 10 was the floor was a bit cold - i probably should have grabbed a studio mat to put under my own mat.

As a teacher I enjoy the time to self reflect, honor myself and just have a quiet mind. I'm always worrying about my students and it's important to take time for myself. The instructors at yoga hive help guide me with this and I love all of them and the different personalities they each bring. I feel no judgement coming k to the studio and view it as my safe space.
