I liked the class offerings and the instructor I had was very thorough and knowledgeable.
All of the instructors I met were super sweet. I loved the layout of the studio. The actual session was very relaxing but I still woke up sore which is a hugeplus!
Everyone at YF is lovely. Going there is great for me and I leave feeling wonderful about myself and the experience.
