I took my first ever yoga class that happened to be an intermediate level hot flow class and I'm pretty sure the instructor noticed because she kept repositioning so I could see her while in different positions. I was extremely pleased with the experience and will be coming as often as I can
All instructors I've had are awesome- Christina, Christine, David, Steven.. love the atmosphere, too, especially at NW.
