Bethany is amazing! I love how she explains the correct posture for each move, every time. She comments when someone has good form and when someone can improve, but the manner in which she does that doesn't make anyone feel singled out (in my opinion). It's been months since I've been there, and only went 2-3 times before, but as soon as I walked in she addressed me by my name! That was pleasantly surprising ❤️

The room was a perfect Bikram temperature. I was sweating within the first breathing exercise. Bethany is an amazing instructor. The entire facility was clean and well maintained and also just beautiful. Having a view of a forest outside was such a nice addition to my practice. There is such a wonderful sense of community there. I look forward to going again.
