Instructor was so motivating. Although at one point I almost ran out of the room due to dizziness/nausea, her words somehow kept me going. She had the class applaud my friend and I at the end for making it through our first class. Very welcoming. And beautiful clean space.

The class was amazing. I love the guided stretching and feedback during the class to the students. Bethany was super informative and attentive. I plan on coming back again and hopefully bringing some Friends. My favorite hot yoga class so far.
