I have been going to Yoga Cure for for about 5 months and it is slowly helping me change my life. I have seen subtle changes in my body, my low back pain, my confidence, and how I feel in general. Do not underestimate the power of showing up and doing what you can do. This studio will not shame you for being at square 1. There is so much space to be where you are and who you are. I really can't recommend it enough. ❤️

Friendly staff took time to educate me on the different classes. Instructor was kind with good energy. Class was truly gentle/beginner as described which I really appreciate.
