I continue to be impressed with the quality of teaching. My latest find is Patrick Montgomery. I find his directions to be concise and direct. I've learned a lot about poses I've been doing for 20+ years with his perspective. Emma is our other regular teacher and she's just got such a joyful personality, in addition to depth of experience. How she keeps so many alternatives stored in her mind for every pose is beyond me :-)
