I love Patrick Montgomery's class and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue practicing with him virtually since I live out of state.
Great teachers Clean and friendly atmosphere
Studio is nice and clean. AC works well. Instructors are always friendly and speak to everyone before class starts. Great variety of classes. Online schedule is fantastic!

I have practiced with several of your instructors and found them to be excellent in their teaching skills. The class I had with Emma this week was especially helpful as I just moved and had an overall tension in my body physically, mentally, and emotionally. By the end of class I felt a lessening of my overall stress. Emma was able to easily transition to the needs of all the levels of proficiency in our group.
