One of two teachers that I've had for virtual who really "gets" online teaching, plus puts 110% effort into online teaching including taking time to notice little things in students just as if she was teaching in person. Also, she was amazing in her contagious enthusiasm, demonstrating poses (in many virtual classes, I have found teachers talk more than demonstrate), authenticity, pacing (great at not wasting a second and keeping class moving), appropriate silence and quiet during poses (vs. talking), making each student feel like she had all the time in the world, challenging us, great sense of humor and laugh, perfect balance of talking and quiet, genuine, delighted in tiny moments, and the list goes on. She reminded me of my first Iyengar teacher over 20yrs ago (and that's a huge compliment!) at the location on Colo/Evans where Craig also taught.

I love Donita’s classes! I take at least one a week! She is a wonderful person and a great yoga teacher. She modifies for individual issues and I always leave feeling centered and peaceful.
