Great space, great workshops. Bit far from where I live for regular practice and I’m do plan to take time to take classes here on the weekend
Personally I feel so wonderful after Iyengar yoga class. I wish I hadn't stopped going years ago when the studio was still on Colo Blvd - imagine how great I'd be feeling today (and flexible). But I'm grateful to be back. Parking isn't the best, I've got to be honest, but the studios are roomy and nice. Lots of equipment. I've got my eye on the silk wraps hanging from the ceiling....I want to get my inner Pink on and give that a go!
The teacher was kind and very knowledgeable and able to challenge her students in a gentle way.
