I love Iyengar yoga and the people and staff are the best!
I have been an Iyengar student for about ten years or more. And plan to keep on being one. Many of the teachers have been trained by Iyengar and his relatives at the center in Pune, and are dedicated to helping students of all levels to mprove their health, joint strength and flexibility, and mindfulness. The teachers are exceptionally well trained and the studio offers a number of therapeutic classes, which I have needed as,I've grown older and am recovering from a knee surgery.

IYCD has a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. All the teachers have a high level of training and can easily adapt each pose based on the physical needs of each student. My teacher Angie W. takes a personal interest in each and every student and is truly a gifted yoga teacher.
