I've been practicing at IYCD for over 10 years. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring. I made good friends with other students and I appreciate the Iyengar philosophy. 💗

Brad's class is fantastic and I always feel so much better when I leave. He is very patient and throws some humor in the mix too. I have tried to refer some friends but no one has been able to make it yet
