Since it was my first time participating in a yoga class I was a little nervous about the experience. The staff made me feel very comfortable and were able to guide me in a way that was simple to follow, which allowed me to participate fully.

Your receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when I arrived and helped me sign up for a pack with a senior discount. I have always been fond of Emma, who was one of my very first instructors 25 or so years ago, and I enjoy her joy when she teaches.
