Perfect pacing for a beginner class. The teacher was an excellent instructor, giving nice, clear instructions and repetition. It's very helpful that an assistant walks around the room checking posture and alignment and making corrections. I was concerned that 1.5 hours would be too long for a beginner class, but it's really not. An all around good experience. Looking forward to going back next week.
The teacher was welcoming, asanas were accessible. I appreciated being able to see the posture first, THEN try it so that I could internalize the more subtle aspects of the asana before practicing.
