I just reached my 75th birthday in good health which I attribute to Iyengar Yoga which I have engaged in for about ten years. The teachers are well-trained and serious about helping students understand and achieve the goals of this strengthening and therapeutic yoga.
Emma is such a great teacher! I always leave feeling refreshed!
