Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver is my favorite yoga studio. The instructors have had the highest level of yoga training, and several have trained directly with Mr. Iyengar in India. Additionally, they sincerely care about the health and wellbeing of their students. I always know that regardless how I feel walking in the door at Iyengar Denver, I'll feel better after a class.
