Lol !I teach their of course I think they're the best but it's true I also take my level three classes there and I have the BEST instruction, That said it's great to have a community with all the diverse people we have there and we all have in common that we want to feel better in these bodies we have this is the place to come to really feel like you're evolving physically and spiritually all the teachers have hundreds of hours of training and more

Lisa is one of the most highly skilled Iyengar teachers . She can see what you are doing in a pose instantly that could be hurtful . She knew I was not putting weight on my one arm in headstand. 25 years ago broken 360.. so I am grateful for her kind compassionate and highly skilled teacher
