IYCD is the beat! Caring staff, teachers, and they are trying to make yoga available to all during this pandemic!!
Loved the teacher and felt it was a very balanced and thoughtful class.
Perhaps you could make some suggestions for substitutions to blocks and belts (for those of us who usually practice at a studio); then we can be a little more prepared for class.
