Angie is not only a ray of sunshine, she is such a wonderful teacher in so many ways. Her teaching is very approachable by students of all levels. She sets a great example for us all.

Very friendly and nice staff. Yin had several poses with deep stretch (I.e brink of pain) which bring lots of release. Only request is to turn down music as it can be hard to hear the instruction
The studio is very welcoming and calm. Very friendly associate at the check-in desk. The instructor, Anara, is so warm and gives clear instruction. She takes time with each person to make adjustments and give guidance. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and I felt rejuvenated and balanced when class was over. I plan to come back.
I'm happy with classes longer than 60 min. The teachers here teach more intentionally.
