Lisa is one of the most highly skilled Iyengar teachers. She can spot anything a student is doing that might be improved quickly with her clear insightful descriptive instruction. My body feels stronger than it has in a long time even after her first class even though I practice daily. My legs feel like flexible steel. Whole body is realigned and flexible and super strong.
