Lisa is an inspiring teacher. She pushes me in her class, which I like. The demonstrations and her instruction are working quite well through Zoom.
Also, the studio staff , Joe, is organized in support of the classes.
If this is referring to the one in person class it was because of Craig who is an awesome teacher. If this is referring to the many zoom classes it's because you do zoom classes the best of any studio with such offerings. Teachers especially Lisa give clear prompts and it's helpful to have someone next to her modeling the poses. I personally cannot do headstands because my backside is disproportionately heavy and my weak shoulders cannot support it and teachers give good options to head/shoulder stands. Your zoom classes are a blessing in these difficult times.
