I have been practicing with Patrick Montgomery for a few years and love his classes. I learn so much about yoga, my body, alignment, yoga philosophy, and the depth of what yoga offers. I recently moved out of state so I LOVE that I can take class with him virtually now!

been taking on line only classes so there is teacher feedback. when classes are on line and in studio there is no feedback for the on line students.
