Simple registration, good teachers, good value for cost.
First of all, I am excited to know there is an Iyengar Center in Denver and that they are offering online classes. I have already recommended Sawyer Ward's classes and I am looking forward to trying some other class offerings as well. I have a disability so I am especially grateful to find gentle, restorative classes that I can take. Thank you so much!
