I have been practicing many types of yoga over the last 50 plus years eventually finding my "home" with Iyengar yoga. After retiring, I began studying with the marvelous instructors at Yoga Center of Denver. Their breadth of knowledge about yoga philosophy, asanas and pranayama is deeply thorough and engaging. The classes are never routine but always fresh with new perspectives on the many aspects of asana practice which lead to deeper understandings of one's broader experience. This approach makes every class an adventure.
