Donita is a fantastic teacher and always teaches an insightful class.
Sunday morning yoga class is always so great with Gary & Jean. I seem to gain more intelligence with the asanas, but still a work in progress. I consider it my wellness therapy, physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
