Today’s class incorporated TRE Neurogenic techniques. The instructor explained the concept and guided us in support way. It was one of the most extraordinary experiences I have ever had in yoga. The teacher Deb, is amazing. She generously shares her knowledge, positive energy and light. Truly inspiring! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to practice!
