Jamie Lynn was really great.I could tell that she was very knowledgeable and experienced she was very friendly and kind and I really appreciated that. I did however wish that the lighting in the studio was dimmer. it was fully lit for half of the class and then the second half she turned off the main light and lit another light in the corner which made all the world of difference especially at 6:00 p.m. when it's dark out and you're trying to relax. She did mention that she typically teaches an earlier class where she has the lights off and natural light is coming in and sounded like this was the first time that she did a class this late but regardless I don't fault her. I'll be coming back everyday I can
