After a year car accident and not being able to literally do any activity whatsoever & come all the time, it was the first thing I was able to do besides swimming and I was greeted by the women that were in there before when I came often with warmth and loving hugs. They said I was missed and it made me feel very welcome and the instructor was more than kind, patient and it was extremely peaceful! I was proud of myself for doing more than I thought I ever could. I feel fantastic today and unfortunately I'm going to the mountains on vacation next week or fortunately I should say after a year of not being able to do anything but I will come back on a regular basis after that and would highly recommend the studio to anyone. All the teachers are friendly and positive. I am always learning something new which is fun.
