Yoga Barre is has been a pillar of strength for sooooo many during this pandemic!!! Its a true source of light and life! From Outdoor, fresh air classes to power yoga classes. The instructors are so much more than an exercise class. Regardless of the class, I leave there rooted, grounded and a renewed focus for life. The words they speak over us, speak life and power! There is NO way you can't be moved and changed in a single workout. There is something about being depleted and then receiving powerful words ... you think the best part is the sweat and workout when really its the whole heightened experience !!! Thank YOU ALL!!!! I found the workout challenging but not impossible, the instructor pushed me to do my best and corrected form as needed. Music was great, variety of exercises was beyond my expectation.
