Great instructors, beautiful clean space, for all shapes and sizes and levels
I'm relatively new to yoga and only previously dabbled in it through generic gym classes, so my time at Yoga Barn has exposed me to specific styles I really enjoy (not all expected), including Aerial, Yin, and hot flow classes. The facility at Yoga Barn is gorgeous, and the teachers and team are very helpful and encouraging in my practice (especially the newer aspects like Aerial and Yin). I'm excited to continue my practice while I'm in the Bay Area, and continue to tell my friends and coworkers about Yoga Barn.
Variety of classes offered. Good time slots that works with my work schedule.
Allie was wonderful. It was true yoga with not just asana based interventions. Cute studio. Loved the library and all the sitting space. GREAT music in the front and in the class. Wonderful studio
