Natalie is my favorite yoga teacher in the area. I wish her other classes worked for my schedule but I love seeing her on Monday
The instructor was very welcoming and offered a really great and unique class. It was really refreshing since I've tried so many yoga studios in my years of practicing and it seems that classes feel so streamlined now and only focus on "getting a sweat" or "making your abs burn" (btw is not actually what yoga is about). I really appreciate the thought that the instructor (Natalie?) put into the theme of her class and how nicely it flowed together (it was purposeful- I've had classes where the instructor clearly did not have a plan and the transitions didn't make any sense nor did it feel right).
The studio itself is beautiful and the others in the class were nice and just as welcoming.
