I'm a perpetual beginner at yoga and have checked out a few other studios over the years. I really like Yoga Amansala for the pace of the classes, the great instructors who are easy going but also know their stuff, and a nice studio environment and smaller class sizes. I love the Hip & Mobility class with Gerri!
