The instructor went above and beyond. She was kind and authentic. I liked listening to the meaningful quotes while I rested and restored. She gave a neck and head massage she helped me get into positions. Lastly the cold lavender cloth at the end is sublime.
Your yoga studio feels like home to me. Cozy and comfortable and great teachers. Stacy's classes are my favorite. She gives clear instructions and her demeanor is gentle, inspiring and nurturing. I always feel stronger and calmer when I walk out!
