When you walk in you instantly feel better. The people at the front greet you with your name like they've known you for years, all the yoga instructors are so genuine and lovely. When you enter class, the stress melts away and you get to leave behind all those distracting thoughts of previous days behind, and if not, it happens during class. Everyone is so accepting and non judgemental in and outside of class and the whole environment is so positive and wholesome, I love going to nuyoga💛
