Amazing studio with top notch instructors and such a wide variety of classes. Super awesome owners and people with a clean and inviting space to practice. I have completely fallen back in love with yoga since coming here!
I truly enjoy Asana Fit , it reminds me of how Yoga used to be where they encourage you to listen to your body and follow what your body says it can do for that session. I also love the spiritual teachings they give with class.. it is a beautiful atmosphere with passionate instructors that have everyone’s best interest at heart ❤️ I always feel more uplifted when I leave.
