The teachers are great here, especially Jordan. And the classes were great and challenging from the first time I went to months later when I was ready to try more

Yes yoga is the best studio. I love that the instructors don't just make it about coming in the room and doing the poses, but bringing this practice and the breath into our lives and out into the world.
I haven’t done yoga of any kind since highschool, and never hot yoga. That being said, I had a fantastic experience and felt great afterwards!
