What an awesome, tranquil experience! This was my first hot yoga class, and I truly enjoyed the ambiance and speed of the class. The instructor was awesome! She was knowledgeable, thorough, and supportive throughout the entire session. She even offered water to those that did not have any. I really wish I could remember her name:/. I am looking forward to taking more classes with y’all!
