Temple is very kind and helpful. The class was awesome. The atmosphere of the studio is so calm and relaxing with a bit of spa like luxury.

The teachers are very knowledgeable and change up practice often, love new poses. It always smells nice, love being able to borrow mats, the intentional dove chocolate and tea is a lovely little touch that makes you feel spoiled like you are doing something for you. Thank you!
